The corporate-barter process is straightforward:

1. ICON acquires inventory of media and other goods and services
2. Client identifies a need to recover value in an asset or an initiative it wants to fund
3. ICON purchases the asset or funds the initiative; together they determine the best transaction type
4. ICON remarkets the asset to non-channel customers
5. ICON delivers goods and services
