Mitch Weinstein joined ICON in 2017 as senior vice president, director of digital media. He oversees the digital team and focuses on leveraging the latest in ad technology to ensure clients are receiving the best media services at the most efficient rates possible.
Prior to ICON, Mitch spent almost nine years as the senior vice president of ad operations at IPG Mediabrands, where he oversaw the US team of Ad Operations professionals at UM, Initiative, Cadreon and Reprise. At IPG, his focus was on the latest in digital media, as well as targeting, measurement and verification technologies, enabling clients to make the most of their media budgets, reach their target audiences, and achieve their business objectives as effectively as possible.
Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands in 2008, Mitch was the director of sales planning and operations at Revolution Health Group, later purchased by Everyday Health. There he was responsible for inventory management, proposal development, revenue analysis, and ad operations. Before Revolution Health, Mitch worked for BabyCenter, a division of Johnson & Johnson, for over four years in sales planning and operations.
Most People Don’t Know That…Weinstein has run the New York City Marathon two times, and continues to run half marathons on a regular basis.
