Jude DeCicco recently joined the ICON business development team. He brings with him a great deal of sales and barter experience. In addition to offering sound financial solutions for prospects and clients, in his role as vice president, business development, Jude is focused on trade-credit assignment for existing clients. Jude’s collaborative approach and ability to really listen to clients enables him to construct individual, creative solutions for clients.
After graduating from Wake Forest University, Jude worked in the staffing industry for 12 years. During that time he not only helped build and grow three profitable staffing offices at Alden Staffing but increased staffing sales 30% year-over-year for seven consecutive years. He holds CPC and CTS certifications from the National Association of Personnel.
After transitioning to barter, he climbed the ranks quickly, was recognized for his incredible sales achievements and initiated a gift card program for corporate barter working on all gift card related opportunities.
