An experienced hand at sales management and lead generation, Jerry Padilla is responsible for lead management, client-meeting preparation, training and coaching a team of 10 inside sales representatives for ICON. He is also responsible for analyzing operational issues with prospect development.
Prior to joining ICON, Mr. Padilla spent 10 years and achieved sustained success at META/Gartner Group, where he was promoted to senior director within two years and was one of just 15 people selected to the company’s management committee. While at META/Gartner, he managed the sales department from the beginning stages to more than $20 million in revenue. On the way, he achieved the company’s prestigious President’s Club award seven years in a row.
A true local boy, Padilla practically grew up in the shadow of ICON’s headquarter building, graduating from Stamford (CT) Catholic High School and attending Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven.
