With more than 19 years in the commercial-real-estate business, James Tully is responsible for acquisition, management and disposition of real estate acquired by ICON. During his tenure at ICON, he has been involved in the acquisition and subsequent disposition of more than 4,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
Armed with a bachelor of science in economics (Duke University), Mr. Tully began his career as a runner with CB Richard Ellis, and his commercial-real-estate career hasn’t stopped since. He went on to help grow one of CBRE’s top investment sales teams from two to 15 people, with annual sales volume of more than $1 billion by the time he left to join ICON in 2005. While at CBRE, Tully worked on over $5 billion of dispositions over an 11-year period.
